    free UniqueDisplay 1.0 is for XP users who miss the ability to have differing screen resolutions for individual users.
    It’s not perfect, but works for me. Your icon layout may go toilet when switching from low to high resolution. But that’s easily fixed with WinTidy 2. And there’s a brief flicker (& delay) as the resolution resets when you login or switch users.
