Uninstalling extensions from chrome browser (PUP)

Hello, I have been trying to uninstall some unwanted browser extensions from the Chrome browser running under Windows 7 64 (SP1) that my daughter did not knowingly install.
Have un-installed them via Control Panel, removed them under the extension area/location inside of chrome, and ran Malwarebytes Anti-Malware software. Malwarebytes finds them, but after a reboot they are still there.

My question is, are these two below listed programs on the up and up?
First program is AdwCleaner utility

Second program is Junkware Removal Tool

If not I plan to wipe and re-install windows 7 over the next few weeks, no telling if / when they will come back

The browser extensions I am trying to get rid of are:
PriceChhop
SaveMaSe
Adblocker
PC_Booster

In my opinion:

1. http://malwaretips.com/%5B/B%5D%5B/url%5D is a legitimate and helpful site.
2. AdwCleaner is a legitimate and helpful utility (if downloaded via links on http://malwaretips.com/%5B/B%5D%5B/url%5D). I’ve used it many, many times and have found it to be invaluable at fixing stuff that MBAM (Malwarebytes Anti-malware) hasn’t.
3. JRT (Junkware Removal Tool) is also a legitimate and helpful utility (if downloaded via links on http://malwaretips.com/%5B/B%5D%5B/url%5D). I’ve used it 3 times so far and have found it to be very useful where MBAM and AdwCleaner haven’t worked successfully.

I would categorise AdwCleaner as being in the same league as Malwarebytes Anti-malware for some malware scenarios and JRT as coming a close second.

You can also use Wise Plugin Removal — however, be careful within both ms Internet Explorer & FF [lots of EXTNs are label really really weird!]. Concerning Google Chrome: WPM will remove plugins. Be aware that some PUPs [and Kitties] will reinstall themselves. My HitmanPro64 has to delete them at least weekly. As of it, I have no idea where from is search.conduit coming from.

If you want to uninstall the unwanted extension from your web browser you can go with the following steps.

Step 1– Star your respected browser and with its setting option which usually fond in the right corner of the browser.
Step 2– Search for the extension option and go with it.
Step 3– Select for the unwanted extension/add-on and remove or delete it.

Gentlemen:

Are these PUP’s and PUM’s necessary for running Chrome? Because I am getting them too. Doesn’t Malwarebytes give us the option of deleting them each time it is run? Or am I imagining or hoping?
Would setting up task manager to auto run Malwarebytes say 10 minutes after my computer has booted up and E-set has done it’s
scan then Malwarebytes could come in and wipe them out. Or am I dreaming?

I do know since downloading Chrome whatever its new name is I have had nothing but trouble. My computer has slowed down
my screen shrinks and then sometimes it larger, lots of site break downs ie. my bank I wanted to make a payment which meant I had to go to another screen 2 times it gave me a stupid message about not finding it or something like that and I had to get out and re-load the page after getting out.

So Jonathanjoy.virus6 this is the only way to get rid of the PUP’s and PUM’s?
May I ask if you could bring your directions down a few levels so this newbie can understand what you are saying. PLEASE.

E-Set for Anti-Virus
Malwarebytes
Slim Cleaner & CCleaner all the latest updates.
Plus I am trying to use LasPass for password management. Not so sure about this one.

I found that I had to use the steps (see link) in my first posting.
While I could uninstall the extensions from inside of Chrome, it appeared to go away, after shutting down Chrome and restarting it, the unwanted extensions would always come back.

Initially running Malwarebytes by itself would find the PUP, after a reboot they came back
