For the second day in a row, upon putting my computer to sleep, rather than waking up as usual when I opened the lid, the computer was shut down and totally shut off with this message upon rebooting: “”Window’s has shut down from an unexpected shutdown. A problem caused Windows to stop working correctly. Windows will notify you if a solution is available.” Is there a solution?

Then, this afternoon, my computer reached the 10% critical battery level and tried giong into sleep mode, as I have it programmed to do when it reaches that level. But it didn’t go to sleep; it totally shut down and upon restarting it, I got a message stating that Windows did not shut down correclty.

What’s going on? Is there a fix?
