Patch reliability is unclear. Unless you have an immediate, pressing need to install a specific patch, don't do it. |
It’s become almost an indispensable feature for me. I drag/pin to the taskbar icons web pages (Chrome/Firefox), documents (Word), spreadsheets (Excel). I try to keep the desktop almost clear of icons or use nested menus.
Well, Windows 11 (with October Updates) won’t let me do it. I get a “not” symbol. Please tell me that this can be fixed…

Thanks for the feedback. I tried several of the suggestions, but none worked out for me. Guess I’ll just have to wait. Turns out that the “Recent” option works except for the browser (FF). This may be a problem if I decide to switch to Chrome (or other browser)…
