Tutorial on how to make Fill in the blank template (Word 97)

Hi,

Can anyone suggest a beginners tutorial on how to make “Fill in the blank” type templates in Word 97.
I need to make “fill in the blank” type of word documents to be distributed, complete the appropriate blanks and return.

Here are links to a series of 4 articles on this topic by Microsoft Word MVP, Dian Chapman (formerly Chesney). In each article she provides step-by-step instructions on the “how tos”:

BAM, Good articles. If you know Dian, you might let her know that Part 3 and Part 4 do not print out correctly, at least on my machine.
