For many years, I used Logitech keyboards and mice without issue. Suddenly, they kept failing, some intermittently; some totally. I have a bag of non-functioning ones. I tried other brands without success (and lack of availability). My tech suggested wired ones, but they are no better. Microsoft mice are too large for my hands. I’m speech-impaired, so computing and texting are my only ways to communicate. I’m tearing my hair out. Help please.

Also have has some bad luck with Logitech mice. The mouse on my MK700 Logitech wireless keyboard/mouse set stopped working several years ago. The keyboard still works fine. I added a Microsoft 1850 wireless mouse which is smaller and half the weight of the Logitech mouse. I read somewhere that they are discontinuing Microsoft mice so I bought several of the same style. I constantly drop the Microsoft mice, but have only ever lost one and that was because it fell right on & cracked the wheel. If you are interested the prices are still reasonable on Ebay but are very expensive on Amazon. The Microsoft 1850 wireless mouse is ~ 2.25 inches wide, 4 inches long, & 1.5 inches tall at its highest point. FYI – I don’t use the Logitech drivers.

Not sure if the above link will help, found it online about erratic behavior of a Logitech Keyboard and Mouse. I have used Logitech for years, both keyboard and mouse with no issues on the Win7 other than the battery going dead, minor fix there. But it sounds more involved at your end. Go to your Device Manager as noted in the link and then to your Logitech USB input device. Hope you find a fix.

I have been having weird problems, I doubt this is the cure but mine was checked and I unchecked. Also have relocated dongle away from other radios, so will have to backtraack and analyze if I do not have further problems.

      Hi BTSAZ1989

With all Mouses it’s always good to look underneath it and make sure the laser is clean and free of dust and other build up of dirt. Also if the battery’s are loosing charge that can have weird issues.

Not sure if you have look at the brand Razer they have great mouses.
and for keyboards i like Keychron mechanical keyboards.
You might find ones you like.
      All the best
