I have installed, uninstalled, & reinstalled the Windows6.1-KB958830-x86-RefreshPkg.msu for my 32-bit machine, set the the required Control Panel Turn Windows Features on & off for the RSAT. However, the executable dsa.msc needed to setup other users on our domain is still nowhere on my hard disk. Does anyone have any possible suggestions? I think I’ve stumped some MVP’s! (side question: what does MVP stand for?
