Can anyone explain the correct way to assign tasks to members of my group and have those tasks listed and tracked in a public folder on our Exchange Server?

Can I or or can I not assign them from my private folder andn still benefit from the notification of updates when someone updates their task? And where would the assignee do the update; in the public folder or their own private folder?

they need to be in your private mailbox for you to receive notification.

thye can be copied in the PF, but need ot be in the mailboxes. Not sure on if the assignee can update from PF or if they need to do it from their folder. It should work, but i won’t bet you on it.
