Hey Guys. Thanks for all your great help in the past. I have another question.
A legal office user has been using Tracking Changes for her documents. She had been using the new balloon feature, but was requested by the lawyers in her office to not use it since they were not use to it. Now, when she deletes words or characters, the characters turn red, but are not overstruck. She needs them to striked-through. Interestingly, when someone else edits a document with Track Changes turn on, deleted characters are striked-through, but when she brings that same file to her computer and views it, the characters are just red, but not overstruck. What’s with that???
I have looked and cannot find any options that will affect the formatting of deleted characters. I only find formatting of inserted characters. Other than just re-installing the app (that will take 3-4 days since our techs busy with the new virus that’s about to hit today), does anybody have any ideas?
