I have a User who had her toolbars in WORD all greyed out. She cannot save or create a new doc without having to use the menu system. Why is her Default toolbars greyed out? How do I fix

Well, first, is there anything special about the document? It’s difficult, but perhaps not impossible to lock down toolbars from inside a document.
