Can anyone tell me where I can find a software that can time my usage of internet over a DSL connection?

Go to Tucows and do a search for timer – plenty to choose from there although mainly Shareware, I think you’ll find.

As a BTW – Tucows is a great source of all kinds of software from freeware to full-price stuff.
