We’re having a strange problem with users viewing and printing TIFF images in IE5/IE5.5. When the user clicks on the link to the tiff image, a viewer opens up in IE. The user tries to print the tiff image from the viewer, they get an error “Imaging – An internal error has occured”. The user clicks OK and it won’t print. This only happens on some PCs and not others.
Does anyone have any ideas on what is causing this error? I entered that error message in the MS KB, but it found nothing. I’m not sure what else to check out.
