Thunderbird setup/operation Manual?

I’m interested in exploring the potential use of Thunderbird vs Desktop Outlook.

I find a lot of question and answer items, but unable to locate a complete set up manual with screen shots, etc.  particularly how one goes about setting up connections to vars email providers, and transferring over Address Books, and existing stored emails (many).

Also prefer POP vs IMAP.

Is there such a thing?

Windows 11 Pro v24H2 and Windows 10 Pro x64 v22H2

TB will import your Outlook stuff and new account setup is really easy.

There is no need to force POP, use the default email method TB chooses. (Is there a reason for your preference?)
