Running Win7 Home Premium and T’bird 13.0.1

WHY when I open Thunderbird do I get TWO (2) listings under my email address.?? viz: inbox, sent, drafts. junk, trash.

Also HOW do I add a “FILE” icon to my mail toolbar. I tried using the :customize” box but couldn’;t find “file” ???

Will try and attach a Screen Shot. Sorry couldn’t figure out HOW to do that either.

“File” is in the menu bar, can’t be moved to or duplicated in the toolbar. That’s true of every Windows application.

That’s not quite right, as I have a FILE icon on a toolbar on another computer. Thanx anyway.
