For a period today all UK and US websites (and no doubt others) were being flagged as dangerous by Google searches!

They appear to have relaxed somewhat, and (most of) the internet is now regarded as safe…

I think it was worldwide. It began around 14:30 GMT today, and by 15:30 it was (more or less) over.

Yep… and I even went searching to see if my security settings had changed?? I noticed it around that time when I was searching for info on hairstyles called French Rolls. I was wondering what was so harmful about this???? shrug

Hah, my wife said, ‘Hey, what it happening here?!” I looked at what her searches were doing, (Wow, the whole internet was unsafe….I knew it bound to happen!)

But I knew that her search for a simple “tool caddy” on the Better Homes and Garden site just could not be a ‘harmful site” . . .

So I told her what I tell her every time she says that her computer is acting up. . . ReBoot it! She did and it did not ‘fix it.” So I then had her search on Yahoo and it was ok, so I knew something was up…..

      That sure was interesting……
