THe world’s only laptop with mouse droppings!!!!!

With my titanium (or whatever it is) 17″ laptop I use a laser mouse and have carelessly used it on the case below the laptop , The result is a big black carbon like smear. Does anyone have any kind of idea how I can remove this? I’ve tried alcohol, GoofOff, and lacquer thinner. seems to make it easier to use my little metal scraper and some of it has been removed, but there’s a lot more to go.
