AskWoody_MVPOctober 18, 2019 at 11:05 am #1984163although the upcoming 1903 KB4522355 patch (build 18362.446) is currently in the release preview ring since yesterday 10/17 and not yet released to the general public
good thing I did not get the KB4520062 patch for 1809 yet but still have the KB4519338 update installed on my 1809 machine.

Do you use Advanced Threat Protection on an Enterprise E5 subscription?
Is your “Sense” service (Windows Defender Advanced Threat Protection Service) running? (Mine is stopped.)
I had been wondering whether anyone visiting this site would be likely to be paying for the additional service affected by this patch issue. My guess was probably not, but there could be an enterprise admin managing this service for thousands of clients I suppose.

AskWoody LoungerOctober 25, 2019 at 5:26 am #1991547otherwise they would pull the update
… You mean they haven’t?
Because kb4520062 certainly isn’t being offered to my systems… 1809 Pro, feature updates deferred but quality not (right now), seeker button says fully up to date as build 17763.805. Yes, kb4521862 is installed. (It also hasn’t shown up as “available” to the patch management system.)
There’s supposed to be a couple of fixes in it that might help with certain issues over here, but…
Oh well. Guess I’ll have to see if I can download it manually for testing.
