See Günter Born’s post. As expected, this one’s a combined Win10 1903 and 1909 cumulative update. But if you think both Win10 1903 and 1909 are going

AskWoody_MVPJanuary 28, 2020 at 12:19 pm #2111238There’s one report on Tenforums that KB4532695 updates jscript9.dll, thus probably fixes the ADV200001/CVE-2020-0674 security hole.
The flaw is in jscript.dll, not jscript9.dll:
By default, IE11, IE10, and IE9 uses Jscript9.dll which is not impacted by this vulnerability.
This vulnerability only affects certain websites that utilize jscript as the scripting engine.

ManagerJanuary 29, 2020 at 8:32 am #2111524This is a D week non-security OPTIONAL INSTALL update (the equivalent of a “Preview” in earlier versions of Windows). It is basically meant for testing (by ID Dept.s, for example). The fixes included will be rolled into the next Patch Tuestay Security (read Important) update = CU.
Unless you have a need to fix a specific problem immediately, you should ignore the OPTIONAL INSTALL updates.
