AskWoody LoungerOctober 4, 2019 at 12:50 pm #1974559I’m a bit confused on the wording in the patch list.
The initial description at the top in the notes section says “1) Test only at this time, do not install on production machines.”
But patch number 4524147 has the status set to “install”.
Thank you for all the work involved with maintaining this list!

AskWoody PlusOctober 11, 2019 at 5:53 am #1978982Hi,
I think there might be a small link error in the latest Master Patch List (4th October), as when I clicked the Office/Exchange Excel link it downloaded the PDF for the Pre-Windows 10.
Here is the link:
https://www.askwoody.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/2019-10-3-Pre-Win10-Updates-1.pdf
I know only too well the problems with trying to maintain multiple links in documentation when you are not fully in control of the data changes (i.e. The random/frequent/uncontrolled changes/mistakes by MS) after over 4 decades in the IT industry(?).
Cheers,
John (Seasoned nitpicker and overall IT bore).
