    I am having to do the catering for a small meeting on here in London on Thanksgiving so thought it might be nice to give the food a Thanksgiving theme. Anybody have any ideas for finger food/canapes and a mixed drink/cocktail (anything but Iced Tea!)?

      Would it be possible to make a gel of cranberry in a 2″ diameter cylinder, slice it 1/4″ thick and top it with some turkey salad, all on a round cracker (like a Breton)? The moisture of the gel would reduce the amount of mayo needed to get the cracker down. smile
