I have a field with values such as MB, S, PP, C-W, PRYCE, JONES and so on, each separated by a comma and a space. I’m trying to do a query to find records that contain “C-W” and “PRYCE”, but not just these two or one or the other. I’m thinking there must be a way of doing this, but my Access skills are pretty rusty

You can use the following condition in the Criteria line for the text field:

      Like "*C-W*" And Like "*PRYCE*"
