We have installed a new server running Win2K server and terminal services over a thin client network. The auto logout has been set to never, but users continually get logged out after various periods. Any suggestions of where we need to look?

When you say “auto logout has been set to never”, to you mean on the server side or client? You may also check the network performance – too many dropped packets and it will look like the client closed the connection. Another place to look is TermServ Licensing. Do you have enough licenses installed to cover the user base?
