Templates: repeated entries

I have a template with some info in it, such as a name, which I would like to repeat later. I don’t know how to do that. Any ideas?

Replies

Select the info you want to repeat, and insert a bookmark. Give the bookmark a recognizable name.

Click in a location where you want to repeat the information.
Select Insert | Reference | Cross Reference…
Select Bookmark as reference type.
Select the name of the bookmark that you created.
Click Insert.

You might also use the ASK field to set the info – see Field codes: Ask field. Here too, you can insert cross references to the bookmark associated with the ASK field.
