I believe that the phone company will/can do that. It seems like I read somewhere in my QWEST (Western United States Phone Company ) literature of such a feature. For a fee of course.

Is there software available (reasonably priced) that would allow one to place a call to a laundry list of telephone numbers and play a recorded message. My better half and I are involved in Scouting and need to contact numerous individuals and remind them of various things. This task is usually split up among six people and still is a pain.

I think most of the direct telephone marketing people do something very similar to that …

Our voice mail system at work does it. I think you have to add all of the recipient’s extensions to a group, then you call the “group” and leave the message. It is distributed to all the extensions. Seems like the same approach would be possible with “home” phone numbers. Probably one of those expensive add-on features, though.
