    When upgrading from 1909 to 20H2, is it better to cancel all telemetry blockers and set them to “factory” prior to do the upgrade. (I use O&O shut up and Spybot anti-beacon.)

      I do not do that – recently went form 1909 to 2004 without issue. Reset the blocks post upgrade as many had reverted.
