I have two screens, Start11, Win 11 23H2, and Earthdesk, have had all for years. Earthdesk shows the US on monitor 1 and Japan on monitor 2. Lately, on booting up, about every other day, a static picture of the US shows on both monitors. Earlier I also noticed the taskbar was buggy a bit, hard to describe but wasn’t as usual.
I found I could make everything work as usual by restarting explorer. Makes everything fine until a boot or two later, when it starts again. I can easily restart explorer, not a problem. I saw some thing Susan wrote about a bad MS update that affects the taskbar, but I can’t find it again. Any advice will be appreciated.
