Somehow the task pane in Word that normally appears to the right side of the document for formatting, getting starting, Help, clip art and many other functions now appears at the top of my documents in between the the menu bar and the formatting/standard toolbar. This pane is at least an inch in depth, so it takes up a lot of screen on my laptop. This is very irritating. I’ve tried to drag it back to the original position without success. I can make it free floating and position it on the side, but I’d rather have it back as fixed on the right side. I’m afraid to return all of the menus to the default position since I’ve done a lot of customization. I’ve attached a screen shot of the current configuration. Any ideas would be most appreciated.
