Task Scheduler Wake from Sleep fails after April Update Lenovo T530

After applying the April updates to Windows 10 21h2, the task scheduler no longer wakes my T530 laptop from sleep.  My Dell desktop works correctly.  I’ve verified that wake from sleep in the power manager is on.  Before I start uninstalling updates, any advice?

Try this to see if wake is on.

Open an admin Command Prompt (Win R, cmd, Ctrl Shift Enter)
Type: powercfg -waketimers
