I downloaded this prog a while ago at Download.com, but never really had the time to try it out. As far as I see, its capabilities exceed my knowledge of Tag Editing. Check it out: http://xdev.narod.ru/%5B/url%5D
Note: I dunno what language the page is in, but the app is 100% in english. It has a REALLY neat look & feel.
