Is there a way to automatically create a table of contents in Publisher 2002?

Bob, this is not an option in Publisher 2002, nor is it in any of the older versions. You are either going to have to do it manually, or you will have to edit your text portions in Word, create the index, then copy and paste into Publisher 2002. This is a great idea which should be implemented. Send your wish to mswish@microsoft.com and include Publisher in the Subject line.
