This used to work for me. And, I haven’t been able to find any useful support from Microsoft. To Do seems to be an orphaned product for them.
Anyone have any suggestions?
Issue: Reminders added to Apple Reminders are not appearing at the expected position (top of the list) in Microsoft To Do when synced.
Environment:
- Device: iPhone 15 Pro Max
- iOS version: 18.2.1
- Microsoft To Do Version: 2.137.1, build 250115.1149
- Setup:
- In iOS’s Setup > Apps, note the Default folder.
- In To Do, open the Default folder, and confirm there is no sort order in effect.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Open Microsoft To Do on the iPhone.
- Add several items to the default list/folder.
- Open Apple Reminders on the same iPhone.
- Add a new reminder to the same default list/folder that syncs with Microsoft To Do.
- Wait for synchronization to complete or manually trigger sync in Microsoft To Do.
Expected Result
- The newly added reminder from Apple Reminders should appear at the top of the default list in Microsoft To Do, consistent with the manual sort order behavior.
Observed Result:
- The reminder added in Apple Reminders appears in the middle of the list in Microsoft To Do, despite no custom sort order being applied. The positioning does not follow the expected manual order behavior.
