Over a decade ago, Symantec bought out PCTools and closed ‘er down.

Another PC Tools popped up a few years ago and is/was doing great until this announcement.

Symantec will give it the “Kiss of Death” and bloat it up to some HUGE thing that doesn’t resemble the original.

Just like Peter Norton’s “Norton Utilities” became Symantec and that was the end of a really decent set of system utilities. A shame!

Oh, oh! My Spyware Doctor’s license will expire this September, and I have it set to automatic renew. I better cancel that arrangement and fast.
