    Subject: Access Switchboard Manager

    The switchboard manager is not available in 2010. I recall that you could bring up the manager from somewhere. Can you help?

      You will need to add it either to the Quick Access Toolbar or the Ribbon. Choose File -> Options and then Customize Ribbon or Customize Quick Access toolbar and add it.
