I keep getting “switch USB” at startup in task manager applications and

I have “runsw.exe” in task manager processes and

I have “swusb.exe” in task manager processes and

I have “runswusb in msconfig services.

I haven’t found any clear descriptions of these in Google searches. I would like to get rid of all of them to stop “switch USB” at startup without getting into trouble in case some are necessary, for example using USB Hubs.

Try opening Msconfig, navigate to the startup tab, and disable everything there. Reboot and see if you still get the message. If you no longer get the message, enable things I groups until you identify the culprit.
