Why is that as you get older, Patch Tuesday happens more often

Probably using W!n10 and installing previews and any old tat that comes down the update chute :)/

I look on it slightly differently. Every time Microsoft release a new patch I feel a little bit older and wearier.

It’s just math. For faster understanding, let’s make 1 month = 1 year.
If you’re 1 year old and they ask tell you next thing will happen in a year, that’s waiting for your whole life.
Now, if you’re 10 years old, the same time will mean 1/10 (10%,) still quite some but a lot less than your whole life.
Imagine if you’re 50, it means only 2%.
And that is why Patch Tuesday as you get older happens more often. Apart from the fact MS is abominable making it last every week of the month for one thing or another.
