Surface Pro 4 & Win v2004 update fail

After Susan gave the ok to upgrade to 2004 I decided to do an experiment. I changed my update settings on my old Surface Pro 4 tablet and waited to be offered the feature update to 2004. I didn’t have to wait long. Next day it was there. It took about an hour to download and completely install. It did not go well. The upgrade completed successfully and no hangs or Blue screens but my screen started to have a serious flicker that made reading anything nearly impossible and watching a video painful. Try as I might I could not correct this situation. Pulled out Macrium Reflect and went back to v1909. So far no screen flickering. This may well mean that there will be no more feature upgrades for my old Pro 3 & 4 tablets. The free ride always ends sooner or later.

There may be new graphics card drivers out there that sorts the issue..
Have you tried looking for/ updating your graphics card device driver prior to the feature upgrade?

Windows - commercial by definition and now function...
