Are you guys running insiders builds? There is a Windows bug where every time you install a new Insiders Build the most recent Surface Firmware/Hardware/System packages appear to reinstall themselves. It is a Windows bug, I’ve asked multiple times for a bug fix and asked again last week if this is what you are seeing.
