I have fax numbers enetred for many of the contacts in my Contatcs folder. When Ii create a new e-mail message, I click the “To” button to show the Global Address List, then from the list box at the top right, I choose the “Contacts” folder at the bottom of the list of options. My question is, the contact e-mail addresses AND fax numbers appear. I have so many contacts — is there a way to suppress the display of the fax numbers, and just have the e-mail addresses display? Thanks in advance, I love this forum!
