Summation Equation in Excel 2002

Hi,

I have an equation such as the one showing up in the figure. I have all the values (X1, X2, Y1, Y2, Z1, Z2) available in a column. I also know how to create a VBA to calculate the equation. The question that I have is this: Is there a way to do the same in Excel without coding it in VBA?

You can do it with intermediate calculations (See attached).

I don’t think it can be done with aaray formulas as they would be too complex for excel to understand
