I’ve created a form with a submit button which emails the data entered in addition to storing the data in a txt file.
When I click the button the following screen is displayed:
FrontPage Error.
User: please report details to this site’s webmaster.
Webmaster: please see the server’s application event log for more details.
When I look at the address bar, the following (edited) url is displayed:
http://www.zzzzzzz.org/_vti_bin/shtml.dll/formname.htm
I’m assuming that this is an ’email’ error because the data is being stored in the txt file.
The folder _vti_bin does not appear on either the web server or the working copy on my local machine.
Is this something that I can correct, or is it an Front Page extensions problem at my web host?
