I’m using Word 2019 with Windows 2010 pro.

My most Words docs are written in Hebrew RTL. I have configured my Normal.dotm file fonts  : Latin – New roman and when composite font is addressed as an Hebrew font: Guttman -Kav.

My Hebrew medical reports/expert’s opinion personal templates are based on the above mention Normal.dotm.

    and here is the problem:

Medical reports contain English terms. Each time after writing an English term when returning to Hebrew I get all different variable fonts but not the one I have configured – Guttman-kav.

I have not found any remediation to this annoying issue.

    Any suggestion is welcome.

    Sam

If you have your normal text style configured for Hebrew I’d create a copy of it called Medical and then just change the font in the style. Then just apply the style to any medical terms.

Thanks for your prompt answer….your suggestion was done already before …but useless…each shift to Latin character or to a sign and than returning to Hebrew yield not the style configured font…it drives me crazy
