Patch reliability is unclear. Unless you have an immediate, pressing need to install a specific patch, don't do it. |
Hello,
I am having trouble opening an excel workbook. I receive one of two errors that I have never seen before. The first error says “File Not Found”. I then tried launching Excel in Safe mode and received a message that reads “An error occured initializing the VBA Libraries (2).”
I know that the data is still in the workbook because I was able to create links to it. But I need the formulas and formats if possible.
Can anyone help me recover this workbook?
