While transfering files to a 48MB Flash card in my Jornada 548 PocketPC, a large (35MB) block of files “disappeared”, but storage space continues to be allocated to them. Even after deleting the directory that contained these files, space continues to be allocated even though there are no (visible) files there.
How can I format the Flash card, or otherwise remove these “non-existent” files? Numerous trips to both Microsoft’s and Hewlett-Packard’s websites have not been useful.
