    Hi all,

    Was shown the following message recently in conjunction with the code below. Any idea what it is referring to? The book has worked fine up until now.

    This was highlighted in the VBE…

    DName = “C:Accounting 4.01ClientOutgoingSales” & ThisWorkbook.Sheets(“Master”).Range(“a1″).Value & ” DailyInv.txt”

      Very peculiar indeed.
      Some trouble shooting questions then:

      – What is the length of this module?
      – Have you cleaned it yet? (Rob Bovey’s code cleaner from http://www.bmsltd.ie/mvp%5B/url%5D does an excellent job at that)

        I thought it was fairly peculiar also…will try the code cleaner. I finally figured that it happened after I removed two labels and added a button to a userform.

          In my experience if unexpected error messages start to surface (especially if they don’t seem to relate at all to the statement that gets highlighted) it is high time to clean the code. Strange things also happen to code modules that have become too large (compile errors most often).
