SQL Server Express

I’m used to working with Enterprise Manager on SQL Server 2000 and importing data from Access/Excel/etc. directly into the SQL tables.

Now I’m working on SQL Server 2005 Express and cannot find a way to import data.

Is that capability only available in the ‘paid’ versions of SQL Server?
