Does anyone have a copy of SPYBOT ver 1.4? I uninstalled that version, which worked wonderful, and installed the new 1.5. That version will not run on my computer. I click the icon and I get an hourglass for a few seconds and then nothing. I uninstalled, reinstalled, redownloaded, reinstalled over and over and I get the same results. I have a laptop running XP SR2. Thanks.

Never mind. I located a copy of 1.4 on Tucows. I’m now back in business. Works fine as it always did. I emailed Spybot to make them aware of a problem with 1.5. Thanks.

Yes it does. I did hear from Spybot tech support and they gave me a link to the fix. I didn’t realize 1.5 was a beta. It looked like the real deal on the web site. I’ll just wait a while and stick with 1.4 until 1.5 is ready for general use. Thanks Hans.
