Can someone please assist me to make the spooler buffer larger?
Background: I have written a 3-day course in Word. It has over 500 linked graphics in it.
When it is printed from computer A to printer RED it is all OK.
When it is printer from computer B to printer RED, all the graphics are red-crosses.
When it is printer from computer B to Adobe PDF, all the graphics are red-crosses.
When a small part is printed from computer B to printer RED, it is OK.
I believe that this all points to a print-spooler problem on computer B. Do you agree? The help desk here are trying to fiddle with the RED printer drivers and I am convinced they are looking in the wrong place.
