Hi,

I have problem with spell check when I open email attachment. When I save email attachments from email, the spell check is not working. I have to copy and paste to a new word sheet, then I can use spell check. I have checked the setting of spell check, everything looks fine. I tested the file is not a problem, I send the same file to different user, they all can use spelling check on that file. This problem applies all word attachment that I received.

If anybody knows what the reason to cause it is, I really appreciate.

Have you tried emailing yourself a file clean file of yours?

I don’t have any problem, but the user does.

This is confusing. First, you wrote you couldn’t check spelling, but other users could. Now, it’s the reverse.
