I have the attached sheet that is sorted by COL E. I need to put in the rank number (1-51) in COL B of COL C’s sorting. So Row 16’s COL C is 2.59 and is the highest number in COL C so it’s rank will be 1 in COL B. Is there a formula I can use to get the other numbers? Thank you for the help.

You can use the RANK function for this: enter the following formula in B2

      =RANK(C2,$C$2:$C$52)

and fill down to B52 (or select B2:B52, enter the formula and confirm it with Ctrl+Enter)

The formula =Rank should do the job.
