Sorting on Pivot Table

I have a Piviot table with names and have inserted calculated items. I now wish to sort the pivot table by name and Ascending order folows by Comm in asceding order

See attached sample. It would be appreciated if someone could assist me

Have you tried a custom sort? Unfortunaltely we have moved to 2010 and it is slightly different. It says to drag the item, but I haven’t been able to figure out how to drag it.

In 2003 I used custom sort all the time. You can select whatever order you want, just move the names up and down to sut.

I am also on 2010 and am battling to figure out how to drag the items under sort

RIght click the “sales Manager” header in the pivot table, sort, more sort options, make sure “manual” is checked, ok

Select a name in the pivot table, move the mouse until the cursor is the “4-arrows” indicating that it can be moved, then drag it where desired, repeat as needed
